This survey is an attempt to determine the level of interest, as well as the best dates for a Greater Toronto Area camp hosted at The Sports Village in Vaughan, ON. The cost of the camp would be $795 (US), with a $200 deposit due upon registration, and the balance due 45 days prior to camp. Once the survey is completed, we will choose a date, and then open up registration. If we get enough registrations to support a camp, then we will commit to the camp. If we do not receive sufficient reservations, then the camp will be cancelled and deposits will be returned.
The weekends listed below represent the potential weekends for the camp. Please indicate "Yes" for each weekend that you can attend, and indicate "No" for each weekend you can NOT attend. If you don't know about a particular weekend, don't check either.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please don't exaggerate your commitment.
Please only select the option "Count me in." if YOU REALLY MEAN IT! In other words, if we choose a weekend that you mark as available, we expect you to sign up very soon after registration opens. Doing otherwise not only makes our work ineffective, but it also jeopardizes the camp experience for all!
