This survey is an attempt to determine the level of interest, as well as the best location for a camp in the Midwest region in 2026. The cost of the camp would be approximately $900, with a $200 deposit due upon registration, and the balance due 45 days prior to camp. Once the survey is completed, we will choose a rink, pick a date, and then open up registration. If we get enough registrations to support a camp, then we will commit to the camp. If we do not receive sufficient reservations, then the camp will be cancelled and deposits will be returned.
For each month below, please indicate whether or not you believe you could attend the camp if it were held over a non-holiday weekend during that month. Note: Regardless of dates chosen, camp would start on Thursday (approx. 5 PM) and end by noon on Sunday.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please don't exaggerate your commitment.
Please only select the option "Count me in." if YOU REALLY MEAN IT! In other words, you would put down your deposit very soon after registration opens. Doing otherwise not only makes our work ineffective, but it also jeopardizes the camp experience for all!
