Vail Hotel Information 2024

This year, we will be providing the option of two different lodging accommodations for our Vail camp. There will be the option to return to Vail International or the Evergreen Lodge at Vail:

Vail International is an all condominium property located right next to the rink. Each unit has a full living room and kitchen. This also gives you the flexibility to prepare your own meals.

Evergreen Lodge at Vail has studio style rooms with single King or Double Queen room options. A small breakfast assortment of coffee, tea, fruits, and danishes will be offered each morning.

Each location is right next to the Dobson Arena as well as access to the free in town shuttle that can take you anywhere in the village.

Vail International

Property: Vail International Condominiums

Nightly Rate: Prices range from $295-344/night depending on unit and dates. There is also a $75 housekeeping fee for the weekend (not per night). Use Promo Code WARRIORS24 to receive a 10% discount upon booking. This code is valid only at Vail International directly.

Unit Information: They no longer have 1 bedroom units available. These units are 2 or 3 bedroom units and have varying bed configurations (some have a queen in the second bedroom, while others may have 2 twins or even bunks). Also note that most units have sleeper sofas for accommodating additional people. So, if you wish to share a unit with other players, you can. Lastly, if you wish to extend your stay, either before or after the camp dates, you are welcome to do. Vail is a beautiful place, so if you've got the time, this is a great option.

Reservation Deadline: There is no official deadline. However, every year the Vail area runs out of rooms for our group. So don't procrastinate this. It's better to book early and then change or cancel later, as opposed to scrambling to find an affordable place in Vail to stay.

Location: The location of this property is ideal, as it is right next to Dobson arena. You will love rolling out of bed and heading over to the arena for our morning skate. The address of the property is 300 E. Lionshead Circle, Vail, Colorado 81657

Amenities: Complimentary wi-fi, an outdoor hot tub and heated pool and free parking. There is also a free in town shuttle that can take you anywhere in the village.

Resort Fee: There is a $38.29 resort fee per night of your stay. This fee includes parking, wifi, daily room cleaning, and access to a pool and hot tub.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is free if you cancel 48 hours or more before your reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, your reservation is non-refundable.

Transportation: Lakeland Village provides a free shuttle for its guests. This shuttle can be used for rides about town, such as to the rink or to the casinos. So if you are flying in, you don't even need a car. You can book the airport shuttle (details below at left) from the Reno/Tahoe airport, and the property shuttle can meet you at the Harvey's Casino transportation center.
